Used ZR1 ZR-1 Corvette

The ZR-1 Corvettes were manufactured from 1990 thru 1995, the four overhead cams, 32 valve LT5 engine was designed by Lotus and built in Texas by Mercury Marine. The ZR-1 option included a modified and wider body, larger tires, special suspension and other tweaks in addition to the LT5 engine at a very high cost. For a 1990 ZR-1 the option was $27,000 on top of the $30,000 plus base price, in it’s final year 1995 the option was $31,258 1990 thru 1992 the engine was rated at 375hp, 1993 thru 1995 it was boosted to 405hp. Production numbers were: 1990/3,049; 1991/2,044; 1992/502; 1993/448; 1994/448; and 1995/448.
